Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the products offered by TORQ. ART, please read the return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

🔒 Customized Products

All TORQ. ART products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Therefore:

  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started.
  • This includes products personalized with the customer’s name or made using the customer’s own part.

⚠️ Eligible Return Cases

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • A clear manufacturing defect in the product.
  • Damage caused during shipping.

⏱️ Return Request Period

Customers must submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order, including:

  • Clear photos of the product.
  • Photos showing the defect or damage.

🔄 Return Process

After reviewing and verifying the case:

  • The product will either be returned or replaced depending on the situation.
  • The store will cover shipping costs if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Minor differences in color or details due to the handcrafted nature of the product.
  • Misuse or improper installation.
  • Damage caused after the product has been received and used.

💰 Refunds

If the return request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
