Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the products offered by TORQ. ART, please read the return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
🔒 Customized Products
All TORQ. ART products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Therefore:
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started.
- This includes products personalized with the customer’s name or made using the customer’s own part.
⚠️ Eligible Return Cases
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- A clear manufacturing defect in the product.
- Damage caused during shipping.
⏱️ Return Request Period
Customers must submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order, including:
- Clear photos of the product.
- Photos showing the defect or damage.
🔄 Return Process
After reviewing and verifying the case:
- The product will either be returned or replaced depending on the situation.
- The store will cover shipping costs if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
❌ Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
- Minor differences in color or details due to the handcrafted nature of the product.
- Misuse or improper installation.
- Damage caused after the product has been received and used.
💰 Refunds
If the return request is approved:
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
